A registration form must be completed for each student prior to the start of Band Camp.  The registration process is designed to collect data and facilitates the ordering of clothing, accessories, decals.

Two Options for Registration

Registration Preparation

Have the following information available for either option

1. Student Information

  • Phone
  • Email
  • Address
  • 2021/2022 grade level
  • Marching assignment
  • A $20 percussion fee (stick fee) will be applied for percussionists
  • Student name, instrument, and parent contact information listed in the directory: Yes or No


2. Parent(s) Information

  • Phone

  • Shared Shutterfly site subscription: Yes or No
  • Volunteerism interests


3. Clothing and Uniform Related Information

REQUIRED ITEMS: white band t-shirt, gloves, black marching shoes, blue polo, and black shorts (white shorts for drum majors).


4. Window Decals

  • Number of decals desired ($10 each).
  • The exact spelling of the name to be displayed on the decal.


5. Contributions

  • Determination of contribution amount per student: $100, $125, $150, Other


    The contribution levels will remain the same for the 2021-2022 school year, even though we understand our expenses may be less due to restrictions from LPS or the state regarding COVID-19.  There are always instruments that need to be replaced, expenses that are above and beyond what the district provides in funding.  In addition, the contribution goes to things like purchasing flag silks, additional band camp instructors, and other expenses throughout the year.  We usually hover around the 60-65% rate of families that contribute each year.  We felt that if we lowered the contribution in companion with the pandemic, we might have been putting ourselves behind in funding the band in future years.

    So we understand that this is a tough time for families, especially for financial reasons, but we would ask that you consider giving to the East Band, in whatever amount is ok for your family.  There are three designated levels of contribution but also an “other” option that allows you to give a specified amount.

    We appreciate your support of the East Band.  This will be a unique year, but we are optimistic that we will be able to provide a great experience for all band members.
