Admission is $1 or a non-perishable food item that will go to the Lincoln East food pantry.

BAND DVD ORDERS ARE BEING TAKEN NOW
We hope that our students and their families enjoyed watching the Band Video at the concert last night. It’s so much fun to reminisce about the past year and it’s amazing to see how much the students have changed in nine months, let alone in four years!! Thank you to our incoming Vice President, Miki Valenta, for producing our video this year!
There is still time to order this keepsake for your family!
DVDs are $12 each if you will pick up your order. If you prefer to have your order mailed to you, the cost is $14.50 each.

DON’T FORGET TO TURN IN YOUR 2018-2019 BAND REGISTRATION PACKETS!!
As of today, we are still missing forms from about 70 students. Don’t forget to turn in YOUR forms!!!
Band Registration Forms are due NOW!!! You may drop off the forms in the East Office or give them to Mr. Thorpe. After May 24th, you may mail them in the envelope provided to you at the Parent Meeting on March 1st.
Make sure you fill out the forms completely and include your check(s)!!!!
DON’T FORGET TO RESERVE YOUR SEATS FOR THE “HEY BAND” PREMIER
The Lincoln East Band Boosters are pleased to announce that the premier of the documentary, “Hey Band” written, directed and edited by East’s own Madeline Schmit, and starring the 2017-2018 Marching Spartans is back on!!
The premier of this film is scheduled for this Friday, May 18th , at 7:00 p.m. at the Joyo Theater, 6102 Havelock Avenue. Admission is $1 or a donation of a non-perishable food item for the East High School Food Pantry. Doors will open promptly at 6:30 p.m. but no earlier.
SEATING IS LIMITED TO 300 people (including 240 theater seating and 60 folding chairs). We only have about 50 seats left!!!
Please register below. YOUR REGISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU A SEAT. We will overbook the event to make sure we have a full house, however, seats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that students and parents coordinate with each other to avoid duplicate registrations.

The Band Boosters have a “big league” fundraiser for you! We are selling vouchers for Saltdogs games!!
The vouchers are good for any upcoming home game. Tickets are only $12.00 each. You can buy them yourself or sell them to your friends and family. The vouchers would make a great gift for Father’s Day or as a thank you to those special teachers for a great year, to your neighbors for mowing your yard, or to your friends for just being there. Maybe your employer would like to buy some as incentives for their employees this summer.
Our goal is to sell at least 100 vouchers. All funds raised will go towards supporting the band.
Together, we can make this fundraiser a “home run”!!

SENIOR PARENTS: NOW’S THE TIME TO DONATE YOUR STUDENT’S UNWANTED BAND APPAREL!!!!
The Band Boosters will accept donations of band apparel (blue polos, white t-shirts, black shorts, white gloves, black shoes, etc.), from our graduating seniors for use by students next year.
We will also accept any spirit gear (including band/section tshirts/sweatshirts, band parent/family shirts, etc.)
Please bring your donations to the band room before May 24th.
