SECOND AND LAST CHANCE TO ORDER SHOW SHIRTS

We have found the need to open up orders for the show shirts again.  The Order Form is attached.
PLEASE NOTE:
 
1.  You may send your order form with your cash or check payment with your student to give it to Mr. Thorpe OR, you may send your payment to the East Office, Attn:  Band Boosters, 1000 South 70th Street, Lincoln, 68510. Order forms and payments must be received by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, October 22nd. NO EXCEPTIONS!!   We WILL NOT process your order if payment is not included with the order form, nor will we process any orders received after the deadline.  
2.  We must have a minimum of 12 shirts in the 9th grade band shirt to print another batch of those shirts.  If we do not receive the minimum order of 12 for that shirt, we will not be able to print them.  We will then return your check to you.
 
3.  We must have a minimum of 12 shirts in the 10th-12th grade band shirt to print another batch of those shirts.  If we do not receive the minimum order of 12 for that shirt, we will not be able to print them.  We will then return your check to you.
4.  Any orders taken during this second round of orders WILL NOT arrive until marching season is over.
5.  The Booster Board is not responsible for orders that are not received by the deadline. We encourage you to confirm with us that your payment was received, especially if you send your order and payment with your band student.
